What is the best way to get touch probe data points into OGP's MeasureFit software?

This is what I have found.  First, I'm running MeasureMind3D as the measurement software.  Importing measured data from a measuremind routine (.RTN file) imports all of your nominals and tolerances but it also imports all of the safe points of features that were measured too.  As a result the measured geometries will be incorrect.

Example, using auto path probe strategy (12 points) for an ID of a through hole will give you an undersized circle because it is using 24 points to create that circle, 12 points where the probe contacts the side wall and 12 'safe' points where it backs off the side wall after the contact.

The better way is to data steam the points of the ID in the MeasureMind3D step to a .DAT file and then import the measured geometry to MeasureFit.  If the measured geometry is still too small check the Measurefit.cfg file to see if the touch probe points are corrected or uncorrected for the tip diameter.
